Travel Arrangements

Arrivals/Departure 

It is always difficult to coordinate camp clean up, laundry, bedding exchange, grocery shopping, etc. on the weekends when hunters are departing and "new" hunters are arriving in camp. In order to facilitate a smoother transition between hunters departing from camp and those hunters arriving in camp, we would like hunters to coordinate arrival and departure times from camp as follows:

  •  to arrive in camp Sunday afternoon around 5 - 6 pm

  •  to depart from camp Friday afternoon after lunch - around 2pm

Hotel Reservations

Hotel Reservations can be made with the following hotels:

Depending on the departure and arrival times of certain flights, you may be required to stay overnight in a Saskatoon Hotel (overnight stay is not covered in the package price).

Vehicle Rentals 

Clients arriving by air, will have to rent a vehicle in Saskatoon and travel to the camp. We strongly encourage renting 4X4 vehicles.
