To-Do List

 

Once we have decided on and Confirmed your week via telephone we will require the following from you: 

  •  Reservation Form: 1 form per group completed and faxed to (709) 437 6667

  •  All names, addresses, telephone/fax/email numbers DOB and ammunition order of all clients in the group must be included.

  • Deposit ($1250.00 USD/hunter) - made out to "Maddhatter Guides and Outfitting". Personal cheques are fine for deposits only. NO DEPOSIT, NO SPOT!

  • Deposit is required for each member in the group. Upon receiving deposits for the whole group, we will mail out a receipt of deposits.

  • Client/Outfitter Contract and terms - one (1) contract/hunter, keep one for your records and return the other copy to us.

  •  One (1) hunter questionnaire/hunter.

  • Final payments to be made by cash, certified cheques, travelers cheques or bank draft only by May 31st of the year of your hunt.

  • You can coordinate your own ammunition with the supplier below, or we can look after this for you. If so need to complete the hunter questionnaire.

  • We need to know a s soon as possible! BB's for geese, #3 for ducks.

  • Review the map of Saskatchewan sent through Maddhatter Guides and Outfitting upon confirmation of your booking. Make sure you locate the camp on the map.

  • Practice your Goose calling. Get proficient on a Canada Goose and Snow Goose call. Duck calls are optional. Audio cassettes and calls are available through:

  • If this is your only wing-shooting trip of the year, make sure to practice at a sporting clays range prior to your trip. This would be money well spend.
